Hair for Oil Spills Program

Yep, you read it right - Hair for Oil Spill. They are looking for donations of hair, fur and nylons to send off to nonwoven needlepunch factories to make batches of hairmats. The mats are for emergency oil spills, oiled birds and mammal cages. The program started in 2000.
