Christina Applegate is People Magazine’s choice for the most beautiful of 2009. Christina just dealt with breast cancer last July and feels that after the double mastectomy and reconstructive surgery she as a “feeling of purpose.” Also making this year’s list are First Lady Michelle Obama and Cindy Crawford.
