Martina McBride Goes Pink

Martina McBride is busy this month to show her support for breast cancer awareness. First she will kick off the NFL's Breast Cancer Awareness campaign when she sings the national anthem at the start of Sunday's football game between the Baltimore Ravens and the New York Jets. This game will be the first in a series of NFL Breast Cancer Awareness games throughout the month of October. You will also see pink adornments on the balls, goal posts, player's uniforms and even the coins they toss.
Second Martina will be involved in "go pink" at the Grand Ole Opry. She will be at this months special breast cancer awareness shows and she will flick the switch to bathe the Opry's traditional barn backdrop in a pink light to illuminate the cause. Martina will perform at the third annual "Opry Goes Pink" along with Kellie Pickler, Ronnie Milsap, Lauren Alaina and Edens Edge. The "Opry Goes Pink" show is set for October 22nd.
