This held true for a University of New Mexico football player, Deshon Marman, who was arrested for not pulling up his sagging pants. He was asked by the flight attendants from U.S. Airways to pull his pants up which were down around his knees, exposing his underwear and he refused, so police boarded the plane and cuffed him before taking him off.
I really don't need or care to see random guys underwear, so really why should it be so hard to do what you were asked and pull up your pants?
