Taylor Swift is planning a web chat next week Tuesday, July 20th at 5:00pm Eastern time. She decided to go ahead with this when she received so many questions from fans on Twitter, Facebook, MySpace, her website and everywhere. Taylor says she wants her fans to be the 1st to know about her new music and she cannot wait to talk to everybody as directly as she can via the world wide web.
