What to do with Pumpkin Seeds

It will not be long until you are cleaning out the inside of those bright orange pumpkins decorating your houses for Halloween. The question always remains as to what to do with the pumpkin seeds? Do you bake them? Throw them away? Plant them in the garden for next year? Or make pumpkin seeds brittle? Yep that's right. Pumpkin seed brittle, like peanut brittle. It just doesn't look as nice.
